Reorganisation of the company. The quick-release couplings product division is spun off as STEINCONNECTOR GmbH and becomes an independent company.
STEINCO Paul vom Stein GmbH focuses on the production and sale of castors and wheels.

Start of development of quick-release couplings for sewer technology.

Development of the safety venting coupling SERIES 100.C. It is compact and safe to vent and unlock in a two-stage process.

STEINCO is registered as an international trademark.
2001
Patenting of the BiTec safety air venting coupling. Thanks to its special design, it can be easily vented and then uncoupled. This prevents the dangerous whiplash effect and minimises the risk of accidents.

Launch of the quick-release couplings product range for various areas of application such as medicine, industry and sewer refurbishment.
