The NUTV1 wall box made of glass fiber reinforced plastic PA-6 is used as an end or through distributor in compressed air distribution up to max. 15 bar static without equipment and an ambient temperature between -20°C and +50°C and enables a wide range of installation variants. The threaded connection in the top inlet is made of plastic. The non-rotating threaded connections at the front and bottom of the outlet have a brass thread core and allow sealing on the flat surfaces by gluing or with a sealing ring and can also withstand greater lateral forces. For installations in clean room technology or other individual compressed air distribution requirements, the threaded connection option at the rear can be used to create an additional compressed air inlet or outlet. It can be attached to machine or system parts and to walls and ceilings. The compressed air connection at the rear is created at the factory by drilling out and cutting the thread. It is advantageous to use a connection fitting that seals the plastic thread radially with an inserted sealing ring and therefore also optimally without a thread sealant.
