SERIES 120.C0
coupling
Reference Number: 120.C0.KVNS.ST008.MNP
Technique: Safety bleed valve meets DIN EN ISO 4414 requirements for pneumatic systems. The coupling has an ergonomic grippy slide valve with three functions: 1. Automatic locking of the plug. 2. Switch to the venting state. 3. Unlock the coupling from the vented state. * in points 1 and 2, the movement sequences are carried out under operating pressure.
Functional Description: To connect plug and coupling, the plug has to be pressed into the locked state against the pressurized valve. To release the pressurized connection, the release sleeve has to be phushed into direction of the coupling. The plug moves automaticly from the locked into the vented state and the compressed air still present on the plug side can be vented through the coupling. Only now can the plug be safely removed by pulling back the release sleeve.
Technical Characteristics: Material coupling: back part, sleeve, coupler body brass nickel plated. Valve brass. Support washer and sleeve-cover plastic. Seal NBR (Buna N) spring and circlip stainless steel AISI 301. Bolts and balls stainless steel AISI 420. Material plug: steel hardend zink plated
