Technique: Safety bleed valve meets DIN EN ISO 4414 requirements for pneumatic systems. The coupling has an ergonomic slide valve with two functions: 1. Establish flow while simultaneously securing the unlocking sleeve. 2. Shut off the flow while simultaneously venting and releasing the unlocking sleeve
Functional Description: Coupled by pressing in the connector. Once this has audibly locked into place, the sliding sleeve can be used and the coupling can release the line pressure. Return the sliding sleeve to its starting position to switch the connector/hose connection to an unpressurised state. This will bleed any compressed air on the connector side. The connector can then be removed safely by pushing back the release sleeve.
Technical Characteristics: Material coupling: back part, sleeve and coupler body brass nickel plated. Sliding sleeve aluminium anodised. Seal NBR (Buna N). Spring and circlip stainless steel AISI 301. Balls stainless steel AISI 420. Material plug: steel zink plated
