Technique: This one-hand coupling with automatic 5-point ball locking system with spring-loaded release sleeve. This system is used in the food industry where a mixing up of medias has to be ruled out. Achieved this is done through a coding. Disconnect by pushing the release sleeve back into the direction of the connection. The valve will return to its starting position and pushes the plug out of the coupling. Seals are FDA compliant.
Technical Characteristics: Material coupling: back part, sleeve, coupler body and valve stainless steel AISI 304. Seal fluororubber FPM ( FDA comliant). Spring and circlip stainless steel AISI 301. Balls stainless steel AISI 316. Material plug: stainleass steel AISI 304
