Technique: One-hand coupling with automatic 5-point locking. Locking elements are balls that are locked by a spring-loaded unlocking sleeve. The uncoupling process is initiated by pushing back the unlocking sleeve into the direction of the connection. The valve moves back to its original position closes the couling and pushes the plug out of the coupling. All couplings in this series have an additional lock nut to secure the coupling against accidental uncoupling. The positive connection between the coupling and the plug allows to transmitted torsional forces.
Technical Characteristics: Material coupling: back part and sleeve steel nickel plated, coupler body brass nickel plated. Valve brass. Locking nut brass nickel plated black. Seals NBR (Buna N). Spring and circlip stainless steel AISI 301. Balls stainless steel AISI 420. Material plug: steel nickel plated black.
